At BlackMilk Clothing, we want you to love your gear, so if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your garments in their original packaging if possible, ensuring the return authorization slip is included inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
